Wave 5 sample size confirmation

There are 25,586 individuals in the Harmonized dataset, including the current respondents and the refreshment samples. However, there are around 500 respondents added in Wave 5, and there is no information about how these people get in. Could you please give me some details regarding this? Thanks.
