在2011问卷DE SELF-REPORTED HEALTH &VIGNETTES 自我评价健康和情景选择题部分上开头有一句话写到“Vignettes will be presented ONLY to a random subsample of households (half). All selected Rs will answer the first 6 questions... ” 请问这是不是说随机抽取一半的家户回答DE部分的前6道题？我在数据中发现该部分可用的观测数只有大概3,700多个（根据变量 de001 - de006）似乎远不到半数家户。是不是这部分的应答率是否很低？或者是有什么特别的再抽样方法？请了解情况的机构专家告知，谢谢！

The random sample for vignettes questions is about 1/4 of the total sample, although the sample size is not large, it is a random sample.
